The 2014 Salary Guide required organizing sizable tabular data, city-specific inserts, and feature pages, all backed by consistent marketing materials for broader campaign visibility. The Manage Millennials campaign leveraged webinars, white papers, and social media to debunk myths about Millennial workers, balancing strict brand guidelines with room for creative interpretation. Infographics—like those supporting the Geeksgiving and Geek Pride campaigns—showcased relevant statistics and playful custom illustrations, while remaining faithful to the recognizable ‘Modis feel.’ Each project demanded both precision and innovation, ensuring every visual asset resonated with Modis’ established identity and diverse audience needs
