Community First Credit Union (CFCU) sought to update their regularly refreshed website to better serve their members and attract a younger audience, particularly millennials. As the UX designer, my role was to enhance the usability and overall user experience of their digital platform. The project focused on creating a seamless, intuitive interface that catered to the needs and preferences of millennial users, ensuring they could easily access and manage their financial information. The branding was already established, so my primary focus was on improving the user experience. Additionally, CFCU had a significant amount of key information that they wanted to highlight simultaneously, presenting a unique challenge in balancing content importance. The result was a modern, user-friendly website that effectively meets the needs of CFCU’s diverse membership base.
